Many people are confused about carbohydrates, but keep in mind that it’s more important to eat carbohydrates from healthy foods than to follow a strict diet limiting or counting the number of grams of carbohydrates consumed. Carbohydrates are found in a wide array of both healthy and unhealthy foods—bread, beans, milk, popcorn, potatoes, cookies, spaghetti, soft drinks, corn, and cherry pie. They also come in a variety of forms. The most common and abundant forms are sugars, fibers, and starches.
Fill your daily diet with real food, that is, carbohydrates that look as if they actually came out of the earth. Eat whole corn kernels, for example, instead of corn flakes. Reach for a whole orange instead of orange “vitamin water,” or even orange juice. Choose brown rice, not white rice. The less processed and refined a carb is, the healthier – and better for your waistline – it tends to be.
Steer clear of fake carbs. By fake, we mean food that is more a product of factories than of the soil. Fake carbs are foods that have been so overly processed – fiber stripped, nutrients stripped, water squeezed out, fat added, salt added, sugar added, calories added – that they are something “our great-great grandmothers would not have recognized as food,” writes Michael Pollan in his excellent book In Defense of Food.

You will have healthier hair, nails, skin will be purified. The point of this diet is to avoid carbohydrates, but it will be easy, believe it. You will avoid carbohydrates from Monday to Saturday, and on Sunday you will eat them for breakfast and lunch.
This diet consists of restricting yourself from reaching out for bad carbs, here’s what your weekly intake should be filled:
You CAN eat:
- Any type of meat (except pork fat)
- Dairy products, with fewer carbohydrates and do not eat too much of these foods: feta, yogurt, and cheese
- Vegetables (All green: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, some tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus, celery, spinach, and arugula
- Eggs in all ways, if you fry eggs then you can add little oil (tablespoon)!
- Nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts … but a handful of these foods per day)
- The water is very important throughout the day, around 2.5 liters minimum
Do NOT eat:
- Any kind of products of flour…
- Fruit, but until Sunday
- Potatoes, soy, beans, green beans, pasta, beans, snacks, sweets.
- Juices, nor sugar
For the first 6 days eat accordingly to the first list, but the 7th day you can consume (for breakfast and lunch) pasta potatoes, rice, everything but sweets. After the 7th day go back to the diet without carbohydrates.
In a month you will lose at least 10 pounds, and maybe more. This diet attacks and removes fat in the best way, while keeping the muscle.
