  2. Cinnamon- Like honey, a number of medicinal properties are associated with cinnamon. Research shows that it has antimicrobial — as well as antiparasitic — effects. It also contains antioxidants, can aid wound healing, and may even lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Also like honey, there’s little research to support taking it for weight loss.

Ingredients:

  1. Water
  2. 2 tsp of cinnamon
  3. 2 tsp of honey

Boil some water and add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, letting it simmer for 15 minutes, then set it aside and let it cool down before you add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix it good and drink it before you go to bed. Repeat this every night and see the results. This drink also helps in detoxification and removing bacteria or parasites and the best part is that it burns the stubborn fat around the waist. Try it for yourself, you got nothing to lose.
