It not the same if your eat healthy breakfast or if you eat junk food for breakfast or even worse if you don’t give your organism anything to process in the morning.
The breakfast should contain vitamins, minerals and proteins so your day would be full with energy and activeness.

- 2 tbsps. oatmeal
- 1 cup or 250ml organic kefir. Low-fat yogurt is also an option.
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. milled flaxseed
- 5-7 fleshy plums
You must prepare this meal before you go to sleep, so you can eat it the next morning.
Put 100 ml boiled water over the plums. Then cover them and let it stay for about 10 minutes. In other bowl, mix the oatmeal, cocoa, flaxseeds and the kefir all together.
Slowly slice the soaked plums and add them to the previous mixture. You can put them in a blender and mix them to get a homogenous mixture but that is not necessary.
