This may sound confusing since we were made believe that milk is helpful in reducing the risk of breast cancer, but the most recent study that was conducted in Norway, says that it actually increases the probability of developing this type of cancer. They tested two types of people; the ones drank 3 glasses of milk per day, and the other group only 1 glass or less. Along with other causes like unhealthy diet and no activity whatsoever lead to this terrible disease.
Hormones and growth factors in the milk have been confirmed to possess carcinogenic potential, despite the synthetic dietary fortification of vitamin D, which is supposedly meant to improve milk products.
As a result of the breast cancer the people who suffer from it need higher consumption of synthetic vitamin D. Other link has been established between sugary food and pork as reasons of cancer development and on the other hand fish and vegetables help lower the risk of cancer.
Bras and more specifically those too tight may also increase the risk of breast cancer since they impede lymph flow. Even if women who wear underwire bras are more likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer, a likely explanation would be that many women with larger breasts also tend to be heavier. Being overweight or having a lot of body fat puts a woman at increased risk for breast cancer.4 It would make sense that women with larger breasts are both more likely to wear underwire bras and more likely to develop breast cancer.
A link between breast cancer and dairy products has been confirmed because of the type of fats they contain, or contaminants that could be present in these foods.
