  • 1-2 lemons
  • Sesame oil


Cut the both lemons in small pieces and place them into cotton cloth. After that, pin it in hot sesame oil. Place the cloth on the area where the pain appeared and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Do this 2 times a day and see the results.
