114 Year Old Man Reveals The Secret To His Disease Free Life: 5 Foods To Eat Every Day



This man has lived 113 years, and he can still walk without any difficulties. He is able to take care of himself without anyone’s help.

His everyday routine is to walk no less than 2.5 kilometers in the park, he has all his teeth, hair and only a few wrinkles on his face.

His name is Bernardo Lapallo, and he wants to share his secret to a long healthy life, that he has been leading since he was a teenager. He says that genetics may have had a huge impact because his grandmother lived 107 years, his mother 105 and his father 99 years.

His father gave him this tip that he now confirms is better than any advice from the doctors and specialists.

He suggests it to everyone who wants to improve their health and extend the longevity of their life.

So, here’s what he recommends:  large amounts of water, daily exercise, healthy diet, and proper sleep of at least 7 hours.
