- 1 tsp of linseed
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder
- 5-7 plums
- 300 ml of kefir ( or yogurt)
- 2 tbsp of oats
- Boil 100 ml water and add the plums to it. boil them for 5 minutes, then let them stay in the water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix the oats, linseed, and cocoa in another bowl, at the end add the kefir and combine the ingredients well.
- Get back to the plums, take them out from the water and cut them into small pieces.
- Add the plums into the previous mixture
- Store it in the fridge
