Recipe for yummy cornbread from polenta:
- 150 grams of corn polenta
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of flour
- 300 grams of low-fat shredded white cheese
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 pouch of baking powder
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 100 ml of sunflower oil
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs well and then add the oil and yogurt and stir the ingredients with a food mixer. After you combine the ingredients, add the flour, polenta, tsp of salt, and baking powder. After that, add the shredded white cheese. Following, pour the mixture into a baking pan.
Place it in the oven and bake until the cornbread becomes brownish. Remove it from the oven and let it stay at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating and enjoy it.
