Most of the time we ignore these signals and, in time, the situation gets worse, we notice that something is wrong too late. So, it is an imperative to know how to recognize the signs in order to deal with the issue in time and avoid further complications.

 

Some of the signals we should never ignore are:

 

  • Dry skin

It may mean that the body lacks vitamin E, so just increase intake of food rich in this vitamin like nuts, oily fish or vegetable oils.
