Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavanoids and dietary fiber. They protect us from development of cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart disease. Thanks to their richness in vitamins A, B and C and organic acids : citric, formic and carbonic help us in balancing our diet ad weight but they also contain pectin that has a great impact on burning calories and has negative impact of carbohydrates.


There are a lot of analyses and researches that experts needed to perform in order to make this apple diet for losing weight naturally and safely. Off course like every diet, you should avoid the sugary products and salt and you should drink water, green tea and other herbal teas so you can fasten the metabolism.

Here’s your diet plan:

First Day

Breakfast: 2-3 apples with a little lemon juice and 30gr of nuts.

Lunch: 3 apples, 30g. Chopped onions and 20 g. chopped parsley salad

Diner: 3 medium size apples

Second Day

Breakfast: 1 cup of cooked rice and 3 apples

Lunch: boiled apples, lemon juice and lemon peel and boiled rice. Mix together and get in a bowl, ready to eat.

Dinner: Boiled rice without salt

Third Day

Breakfast: 2 apples and a cup of low =- fat cottage cheese

Lunch: Cut apples into thin slices and put them in lemon juice water. Mix low fat-cheese with 2 tsp of honey and a few nuts and add the apples.

Dinner: 50 grams, low fat cheese.

Day 4

Breakfast: 2 large carrots and 1 large apple. Grate, mix and eat together.

Lunch: Salad of carrots and apples

1 apple and 1 carrot wash peel and cut into pieces, add a teaspoon of honey and a little lemon.

Dinner: 2 baked apples and 1 tablespoon honey

Day 5

Breakfast: 1 boiled carrots and 1 boiled beet

Lunch: 1 boiled egg and 1 boiled beets, from which makes a mess

Dinner: Carrots in unlimited quantities with the addition of sugar or honey

Day 6- same as the first day


Don’t eat other fruits or foods if they are not in the diet, you can increase the amount of the apples if you feel hungry.
