Sagging in woman’s breasts usually, occur after the 40s. They are made out of greasy tissue, glands, and connective tissue as well as fatty tissue. The amount of fat determines the size of the breast. Connective tissue and ligaments provide support to the breast and give it its shape. Nerves provide sensation to the breast. The breast also contains blood vessels, lymph vessels, and lymph nodes.

There are several causes of breast sagging that all contribute to a loss of elasticity of collagen, the connective tissue under the skin—leaving your set more deflated than firm. They are:

  1. Cigarettes
  2. Drastically accumulation or weight loss
  3. Pregnancy
  4. Incorrect nutrition
  5. Wrong size of bra

So what can you do to keep your breasts firm?

For one, you can aim to maintain your weight. As mentioned earlier, if you keep your weight at a healthy, consistent level your breasts will stay stronger and more firm. Drastic weight gain and weight loss will cause the breasts to sag. Exercise will also keep your breasts firm. If you need to lose some weight, be sure to keep your diet nutritious for not only breast health, but full body health. Avoid fried foods that can age connective tissue, just like you would avoid smoking.

This is the mask that will help you prevent breasts sagging:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp of oil of vitamin E

Just mix the ingredients and apply it on your breasts with circular movements.

Massage your bosoms for around 15 minutes with the goal that they raise up, which will accelerate the course and cell restoration. Knead your breasts with olive oil 4-5 times each week.

Aloe vera is another good way to keep your breasts firm. All you have to do is massage your breasts with aloe vera gel, leave it on for ten minutes, and then wash. Do this 4 to 5 times a week and the aloe will naturally strengthen your skin. You can also massage your breasts with coconut oil or cacao butter 2 to 3 times a week.
